Programs : Adult Day Services : Program Description

CYO Adult Day Services provides programs designed to improve physical, mental and spiritual health, with the ultimate goal of helping older adults maintain their independence. Your loved one will experience many benefits of the program, while you gain the confidence you need to know that he or she is well cared for while you are away.

Experience

CYO Adult Day Services has been in operation since 1977. The first of its kind in Summit County, our program has continued to evolve, grow and change over the years to best meet the needs of older adults.

CYO Adult Day Services is a free-standing agency, not attached or affiliated with a long-term care facility. Our purpose is to help keep older adults independent, social and in their homes.

Custom Care Groups

CYO Adult Day Services offers four custom care groups designed to improve independence and socialization through activities that strengthen physical and mental functioning. Our groups accommodate all levels of function, from alert and highly functional participants to those in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s Disease.

Caring, Compassionate Staff

The staff at CYO Adult Day Services is committed to providing the highest level of care for your loved one. With a 1:6 staff-to-participant ratio, the caregivers are able to know your loved one personally and provide the assistance he or she may need.
