Cheerleading
Cheerleading is offered to boys and girls in grades 5-8. Cheerleading competitions are held in the fall and winter. Squads perform chants, cheers and dance routines.

LEVELS OF COMPETITION INCLUDE:

1) NOVICE
First year squads (parish teams who have never participated before) perform two chants and one cheer.

2) DIVISION II
Squads made up of any combination of 5th, 6th and/or 7th graders with little or no experience perform two chants and one cheer.


3) DIVISION I
Squads made up of any combination of 7th and/or 8th graders with previous experience perform two chants, one cheer and a dance routine.
